宁波旭东新盛汽配有限公司为日本独资压铸企业，成立于2011年，公司注册资本12亿日元，专业从事铝合金精密压铸、精密切削加工、模具设计与制造、表面处理等业务。
公司设计拥有日本东洋、日本东芝等压铸设备30台及MAZAK、BROTHER、FANUC等精密切削加工设备150台。拥有全套先进含浸设备及镀锌、氧化、三价铬钝化、喷涂等表面处理生产线。公司融汇了日本的压铸技术和管理理念，严格按照ISO/TS16949管理规范实施全员和全过程质量管理。将在日本传承了80年的技术与新的高真空铸造法、静电油性脱模剂技术完美结合，用以解决压铸上“气孔”难题。

Ningbo Kyokuto Automobile Accessories Co., Ltd. is the Japanese wholly owned die-casting enterprise established in 2011 with the
registered capital reaching JPY1200 million, and is specialized in aluminum alloy precision die-casting, precision machining, mold
design and manufacturing, surface treatment and so on.
The company possesses 30 sets of Japan Toyo and Japan Toshiba die-casting equipment and 150 sets of MAZAK, BROTHER and FANUC
precision cutting equipment, as well as whole set of advanced impregnation equipment and surface treatment product lines such as
galvanizing, oxidizing, trivalent chromium passivation, spraying and so on. With the Japanese die-casting technology and management
idea, the company executes total employees and total process quality management according to the ISO/TS16949 Management
standard. Perfectly combining the technology inherited in Japan for 80 years with the new high vacuum casting process, electrostatic
oil-****d mold release agent technology, the company has solved the difficulty of “air hole” in die-casting.
